Teresa L. Gregory, DBA, CMB, is the President of Traditions Mortgage at Traditions Bank. With over 35 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Teresa Gregory has managed many areas of mortgage lending including origination, processing, underwriting, closing, secondary market, post-closing, and construction lending.
Teresa Gregory is the past Chair of the ABA Mortgage Markets Committee, where she continues to serve as a member, and she is also an advisory board member of the ABA American Mortgage Conference. Additionally, Teresa serves on the PA Bankers Government Relations Committee. Her community involvement includes serving on the Library Systems Board, the York Builders Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association of Eastern PA Board, and the Fours Squares F.E.E.D Non-Profit Board. She is also a member of the York College Board of Trustees and serves as Treasurer of the Confronting Racism Coalition. Furthermore, she is on the strategic planning committee for Affordable Housing Advocates.
Teresa’s passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is reflected in her service on Traditions Bank’s DEI committee, aligning with the bank’s core value of Equity and Inclusion. She also contributes to RAYAC’s DEI Committee and serves on its Foundation Board.

In her own life, she strives to further her education and obtain accolades that highlight her expertise. In 2022, Dr. Teresa Gregory passed the written and oral Certified Residential Mortgage Banker (CMB) Exam, earning the CMB designation, and in 2023, she graduated from the Executive Leadership Institute.
In her spare time, Teresa enjoys running—listening to her favorite musicians, Gary Clark Jr. and Tab Benoit, and spending time at the beach. She is also an avid reader and particularly enjoys the works of her favorite author, Harlan Coben.
