Ryan Strickler has over 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry and joined Traditions Mortgage, A Division of ACNB Bank in the fall of 2023. Throughout his career, he has helped hundreds of clients buy, renovate, and build their dream homes. Recognizing that a mortgage is often the largest financial transaction in a person’s life, Ryan Strickler takes great pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience during what can often be a complex process.

As a specialist in new construction and large renovation financing, Ryan Strickler has carved out a niche at Traditions Mortgage. He collaborates with many of the area’s top custom home builders and large-scale remodelers to provide tailored home financing solutions. From modest stick-built or modular homes to luxurious custom estates, Ryan has successfully navigated his clients and builder partners through financing every type of project and budget.

Beyond construction financing, Ryan also assists clients with purchasing and refinancing existing homes. “One of the most rewarding aspects of mortgage lending is helping a client purchase their first house. Homeownership remains a cornerstone of the American dream, and knowing that I played a significant role in achieving that is truly fulfilling,” he says.

A Maryland native, Ryan attended Glenelg High School and graduated from Frostburg State University with a bachelor’s degree in business. He currently resides in Howard County, Maryland, with his partner, three stepchildren, and their beloved English Setter, Sammy. In his free time, Ryan enjoys the great outdoors, often spending time camping, fishing, and skiing with friends and family.
