Traditions Bank’s Wellness Committee has developed a robust program with a mantra of “Be Well, Learn Well, Do Well,” reflecting the Physical, Educational, and Community aspects of Wellness. As Associates participate in various Wellness Challenges throughout the year, they have the opportunity to earn Wellness points. At the end of the 2015 program, participants had the option of redeeming their points for a prize, or donating their points to charity. Nearly $1,000 was given to six charitable organizations including Olivia’s House, YWCA, DreamWrights Youth & Family Theatre, Byrnes Health Education Center, York Benevolent Association, and YMCA.
