Kristi Riley-Platt named 2024 CPBJ Women of Influence honoree

Women of Influence honors high-achieving women for their career accomplishments. These women are selected based on their professional experience, community involvement, and commitment to mentoring.

“The 2024 Women of Influence inspire innovation, celebrate success, and support the next generation of leaders. Kristi Riley-Platt joined Traditions Bank in 2010, where she initially worked in the Mortgage Department before moving to Loan Administration in 2011. In 2016, Kristi returned to the Mortgage Department as Operations Manager, and she was promoted to Director of Mortgage Operations in 2020. In addition to her role at Traditions Bank, Kristi is also an active member of the community. She serves as the President-Elect of the YWCA Board, having been involved with the organization for over a decade. Kristi is also a graduate of the Leadership York Training Program and recently earned a degree from the ABA’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking. She is also actively involved with Girls on the Run.

Beyond her professional achievements, Kristi is deeply committed to mentoring young professionals and actively participates in various community outreach programs. Her passion for helping others and her ability to inspire and lead by example make her a true role model.

This award is a testament to the support and encouragement I have received from my colleagues, mentors, and family.
