ACNB Corporation and Traditions Bancorp Announce Merger

Share

We are excited to share that Traditions Bancorp and ACNB Corporation announced plans for Traditions Bank to merge with ACNB Bank. ACNB and Traditions Bank share common cultures, values, vision, and operating philosophies of what a community bank can and should be in today’s ever-changing business environment. This strategic combination will strengthen both banks, allowing us to offer an even wider range of services and products tailored to meet your individualized needs.

Originally founded in 1857, ACNB Bank is headquartered in Gettysburg, PA, and serves its marketplace via a network of 26 community banking offices and three loan offices located in the Pennsylvania counties of Adams, Cumberland, Franklin, Lancaster, York, and Maryland counties of Baltimore, Carroll and Frederick.

On or around the date of legal transaction closing, Traditions Bank will begin operating as Traditions Bank, A Division of ACNB Bank. Once the consolidation is complete, customers will have access to 32 community banking offices in Pennsylvania and Maryland, offering a full range of integrated financial services including banking, trust, retail brokerage, insurance, and expanded mortgage products and services.

We are thrilled about the opportunities this merger brings to our customers and look forward to continuing our successful partnership with you. We are committed to helping you make your mark for many years by continuing to deliver the concierge service of a community bank with the increased resources of a larger bank.

See the official press release for more details. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.
