Teresa L. Gregory, DBA, CMB, is President, Traditions Mortgage & President, York Region at Traditions Bank. With over 35 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Teresa Gregory has managed many areas of mortgage lending including origination, processing, underwriting, closing, secondary market, post-closing, and construction lending.
Teresa Gregory is the past Chair of the ABA Mortgage Markets Committee, a member of the PA Bankers Government Relations Committee, and had previously served on the Federal Home Loan Bank’s MPF Advisory Board. Additionally, she serves on RAYAC’s Foundation Board, as well as RAYAC’s DEI committee, and is a member of the Rotary Club of York. Teresa is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and serves on Traditions Bank’s DEI committee, aligning with the bank’s core value of Equity and Inclusion.
Named one of the Central Penn Business Journal’s Women of Influence for 2017, Dr. Teresa Gregory is a respected figure in the mortgage industry and is committed to serving her community. She is actively involved in Affordable Housing Advocates, currently serving as Treasurer, is the Immediate Past Chair of the Board of York Builders Association and is a current board member of York County Libraries, as well as a previous board member of the York Benevolent Association, Community Progress Council, and the Crispus Attucks Charter School.
Teresa Gregory makes her mark every day by making a difference in the lives of her clients and customers, whether it is helping them achieve their dreams or overcome tough times. In her own life, she strives to further her education and obtain accolades that highlight her expertise. In 2022, Dr. Teresa Gregory passed the written and oral Certified Residential Mortgage Banker (CMB) Exam, earning the CMB designation and in 2023, she graduated from the Executive Leadership Institute.
In her spare time, Teresa enjoys listening to her favorite musician, Gary Clark Junior, and spending time at the beach.
