Kimberly Wilhelm brings over 30 years of experience to her role as a mortgage originator with Traditions Mortgage, A Division of ACNB Bank. She began her career in lending as a customer service representative and quickly climbed the ranks, earning promotions to branch manager and eventually VP of Lending. Kimberly was part of a team that helped build a bank from the ground up, developing a nationwide lending department. Now, at Traditions Mortgage, Kimberly Wilhelm thrives on building lasting relationships with clients and helping them navigate the mortgage process, with a special focus on Construction-to-Permanent (CP) loans, which allow her to collaborate closely with both clients and builders over an extended period of time.

In addition to her career accomplishments, Kimberly Wilhelm is deeply committed to her community. She has been on the Board of Adams County Habitat for Humanity, since 2022, where she processes and underwrites applications, as well as oversees NMLS administration and reporting. Kimberly also volunteers in a variety of local events within Adams County. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with family and friends, spending summers poolside with a good book, and participating in a ladies’ book club in Gettysburg. With her vast mortgage operations experience, Kimberly’s ability to think outside the box allows her to find creative solutions and provide exceptional service to Traditions Mortgage clients.
