Traditions Bank Celebrates 20 Years Serving our Customers and Community!
October 2022 marks our 20th Anniversary of providing exquisite service to our customers and community, helping you Make Your Mark, in South Central PA.
At Traditions Bank, our core values make us different. These core values hold us to a higher standard of customer service and banking relationships. The core values are of such importance that it was one of the first things established by our founders, even before the bank’s first transaction occurred.
At Traditions Bank, we believe what we do matters. We’re all about helping our team members, company, communities, and customers Make Their Mark on the world.
Traditions Bank Core Values:
Real Relationships
Exquisite Experiences
Strong Performance
Personal Growth
Equity & Inclusion
Community Commitment
True Teamwork
As Traditions Bank’s founders saw other banks grow and merge, they saw the value of the traditional hometown commitment. Developing an understanding of how we treat co-workers and customers was the first thing the founders considered when building our culture. Traditions Bank is committed to staying an independent, local community bank. A bank where you know your branch staff, and they know you. Building relationships with customers on all levels and through all phases of life is what we aim to accomplish.
We take pride in knowing our customers at all levels. From commercial clients to children opening their first account, we strive to provide an experience with exquisite service. Our customers are always worth our best efforts.
As we grow into other towns and counties, we will always be the hometown bank for those customers who call that area home. We are a community bank, and that means that the people around us are a big part of who and why we are. It is important for us to give back to the communities that have given so much to us. We want to be a company that people think of as an integral part of their hometown, a company with faces and names in the areas where they live, whether at the grocery store, the ballpark, or the local restaurant.
Over the years, we have encouraged our associates to help their communities. Today we have over 1,572 volunteer hours logged in 2022 and over $2.7 million in donations since 2002. At Traditions Bank, we understand the region, the needs of those most in need, and how to make a difference.
We are your community bank. We see our relationship with you, our customer, as special and valuable. When your business opens and as it grows, whether you purchase your first home or your dream home, and when you achieve your financial goals, your success is our success. We celebrate you and want you and our community to succeed.
