Each year, Traditions Bank looks forward to participating in the United Way of York County’s workplace giving campaign
So much happens behind the scenes to make our involvement possible. It requires coordination across departments, organizing and implementing our incentives, and leading by example for our Associates to “Live United.”
At Traditions Bank, this energy and enthusiasm would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of our own Teri Clinton.
This year, the United Way of York County honors Teri as its 2020 Campaign Champion.
Campaign Champions are critical partners in helping the United Way of York County raise the necessary resources to positively impact the lives of 1 in 4 people throughout our community. The award is given to one individual annually.
Teri has led the York Tradition Bank’s campaign since 2004. Since the beginning, our participation and giving have consistently grown. Recently, her efforts have led to three years of increases in the number of donors, and the number of leadership givers, thanks to special incentives that encourage our Associates to participate. Teri’s enthusiasm for the United Way is deeply rooted:
“Ever since I was little and my dad wore one of his gold United Way pins, I knew that supporting an organization like United Way of York County was extremely important to me,” Teri shared.
Teri, thank you for your years of hard work and dedication to supporting the United Way of York County. Your leadership is an example to your fellow Associates. Congratulations on this well-deserved distinction!
