Customers have recently reported fraudulent phone calls pretending to be Traditions Bank, in which customers are being asked to provide card numbers and other personal information. As a reminder, neither Traditions Bank nor any other financial institution will ask for your complete card information when verifying fraud on your Traditions Bank account.
If you’ve recently closed on a loan, congratulations! You may be wondering, “how do I make my first loan payment?”
We offer several convenient ways to make your mortgage or loan payment:
-
Make the Payment at any Traditions Bank branch.
You can pay with cash or check. It is helpful to bring along your payment coupon contained in your closing packet or your billing statement so we can quickly look up your loan. If you have a Traditions Bank checking account, you can transfer from that account to pay your mortgage.
-
Mail a Payment to Traditions Center, our administrative headquarters.
Mail a check to 226 Pauline Drive, York, PA 17402 ATTN Loan Administration. If you have a payment coupon, please include that. If not, write the loan number in the memo line of the check.
-
Set Up a Payment to Traditions Bank Through Your Financial Institution’s Bill Pay.
Contact your financial institution for information on this process.
-
Make a Payment Online
Visit our online loan bill portal and make a one-time payment for your loan of up to $10,000 per payment. You may also request a copy of a loan bill here too! Payments submitted before 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be credited to your loan on the current business day. You will receive credit on the next business day if you submit a payment after this time or on a holiday.
